MINT stands for My Intentions Not Temptations.
The MINT Clock is the first product in a bigger behavioural system.
We’re starting with mornings, because that’s where intention breaks down first. But the same science applies with our relationship with mobile devices.
Next is the MINT Box, which interrupts the habit of reaching for our devices, while serving as a reminder of more intentional use. Together these make screen-free moments more common, returning our time to the people and priorities that matter most.
Finally, our longer-term vision is the MINT Phone. A reimagining of the smartphone itself. Designed to reduce impulsive use and support intentional behaviour, so staying in control becomes the default, not the exception.
